Wie ben jij

Als Teammanager Back-End Platform bij Univé ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van een state of the art IT fundament waarmee Univé haar businessdoelen kan realiseren. Je focus ligt op optimale performance, schaalbaarheid, veiligheid en het faciliteren van de digitale transformatie. Je zorgt hierbij voor de juiste balans tussen maximaal resultaat, risicobeheersing en kostenbeheersing.

Wat ga je doen

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de back-end platformen van Univé, waaronder de polis-, claim- en financiële administratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze systemen betrouwbaar, efficiënt en met een perfecte performance functioneren. Je werkt samen met het team om de continuïteit en betrouwbaarheid van kernsystemen te borgen.

Wat wij bieden

We bieden een salaris in schaal 12, afhankelijk van kennis, opleiding en ervaring. De salarisrange ligt tussen € 74.518,- en € 108.525,- bruto per jaar op basis van een 38-urige werkweek (incl. vakantiegeld, een dertiende maand en exclusief variabele beloning). Daarnaast bieden we een 13e maand, 26 vakantiedagen, een regeling Collectieve Prestatiebeloning, een arbeidsvoorwaardenkeuzesysteem en een prima pensioenvoorziening.

Focusgebieden

De IT-organisatie is vanaf 1 januari 2025 ingericht met drie primaire afdelingen op de focusgebieden Kern, Data en Distributie. De CIO Office biedt ondersteuning door richting en houvast te geven aan strategische doelen en kaders.

Je hebt

  • Hbo+/wo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Een scherpe blik op nieuwe ontwikkelingen in jouw domein en kun je deze vertalen naar de praktijk;
  • Sterke communicatie skills, je motiveert en inspireert op een fijne manier;
  • Kennis en ervaring met werken in multidisciplinaire teams en weet je stakeholders goed betrokken te houden;
  • Een hands on mentaliteit, je weet hoe je strategische plannen omzet tot actie.

Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met

  • Applicatiemanagement (ASL/BISL), run en technische change op backend applicaties zoals QIS, CODA , ATS, AFAS, Synergy en Kofax;
  • Het borgen van continuïteit, betrouwbaarheid en lifecycle management;
  • Het leveren van IT-diensten conform service levels en binnen kaders zoals architectuur en security;
  • Het sturen op standaardisering en operational excellence;
