About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banqueting Employee to join our team at Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam City Center. As a key member of our Banqueting department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup and coordination of events, including room preparation and logistics
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and clients
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a banqueting or events role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with a strong preference for additional languages
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
