Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager to lead our On-Site IT team in France and BeNeLux. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation and execution of all required global and local infrastructure systems, providing end-user computing services in our cluster locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Work as a partner with Cluster/Entity IT Leads to fully understand the technical requirements of our business plans and priorities.
- Liaise with Cluster/Entity IT Leads, Corporate IT pillars, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical platforms/solutions required/scheduled for our locations.
- Act as the single and most senior point of escalation for the management of IT technical-related issues and/or topics within our On-Site I&O Cluster.
- Ensure that technical solutions meet the requirements of our business and IT, are cost-effective, in alignment with our IT strategy and technology stack, implemented following Operating Guidelines and JTI P&P, and delivered according to plans.
- University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or very strong IT background.
- 7-10+ years of IT management (including people management) with more than 10 years of overall experience in IT discipline.
- Preferred background employment experience would be in multinational companies and good working knowledge of business and related processes in the FMCG industry.
- Advanced Dutch and English.
- Highly effective in a geographically distributed global environment.
- Culturally aware and able to prioritize specific areas within the region.
- Strategic insight and excellent knowledge of JTI business and related processes including P&C, Legal, Finance, and M&S.
- Proven people management skills; Strong ability to leverage resources and skills across a dynamic, cross-location environment, to maximize value and develop people, and to pull together a multicultural, virtual team.
- Ability to innovate and think outside the box and flexibility to adapt to changing business environment and priorities.
- High level of problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A proven track record of managing projects and excellent project management skills.
- Strong financial and budgetary understanding.
- Excellent knowledge of IT technology, infrastructure, and business applications.
- Should have an advanced knowledge of technology, which is standard within JTI, such as Microsoft solutions, local and wide area network, telecommunication, ERP, CRM, business process analysis.
- Able to deliver within tight deadlines and with limited resources.
