About the Role
Fugro is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Officer to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our information systems and data.
Your Responsibilities
- Acquire a deep understanding of our key assets and processes, and work with stakeholders to evaluate and reduce risks to acceptable levels.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across all functions within the Europe & Africa region to ensure Fugro Information Security standards are being followed.
- Support the business within the bid process regarding security-related aspects, and provide input on security assessments.
- Contribute to the development of Information Security Programs, and provide feedback on continuous improvement and priority areas.
- Actively share knowledge and insights to increase Information Security awareness throughout the organization.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc degree in Information Security or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in both Project Management and Information Security.
- Knowledge of Information Security standards, such as SOC1, SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST standards, and relevant legal compliance aspects.
- Experience working with internal and external auditors, and demonstrated experience in application security practices and IT Risk and Security governance.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
