About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated ICT Coordinator to join our team in Delft, Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate operational ICT activities, ensuring optimal use of ICT resources and services.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of ICT systems.
  • Collaborate with local contact persons to resolve issues and ensure adequate support from Site Management.
  • Investigate opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the ICT common office environment and local business applications.
  • Manage vendor relationships and handle ICT Service Exceptions, Communication, and Process Management.

Requirements

  • Senior Secondary Vocational Education in IT or equivalent.
  • Essential knowledge of operational ICT procedures, processes, and technical infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with System Management tools like Remedy or ServiceNow.
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in the domain.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
