About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Manager OT Services to lead our Operational Technology Services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping our long-term strategies, optimizing Operational Technology services, and ensuring performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the long-term Operational Technology Services and Support strategies aligned with Fugro business goals.
  • Design, install, deploy, maintain, and retire systems, services, technologies, and data communication infrastructure to meet Fugro and customer-defined service levels in a global 24/7 context.
  • Provide transparency and challenge the availability, performance, and quality of Operational Technology-related deployment, life cycle management, and break-fix processes by regularly monitoring performance and financials.
  • Report on the delivery of Operational Technology Services on agreed and yet-to-be-determined measurement data at service or expectation level.
  • Establish, enforce, and monitor adherence to Operational Technology standards, policies, and regulations, and provide best practices.
  • Manage, lead, support, challenge, and empower a multi-cultural team of professionals on remote locations, ensuring they have the required expertise, skills, and services provisioning while fostering team engagement, performance, and retention thresholds.
  • Draft business plans and cases in preparation and planning of budgets, ensuring efficiencies and challenging delivery of the value-add of all activities.
  • Establish strong partnerships with and provide guidance to relevant Fugro leaders and Operational Technology teams, and foster commercial relationships with vendors of choice and align clear expectations for services (SLA/OLA).

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in either Business or a Technical discipline with a minimum of 10 years of experience in leading, driving, managing, and transforming complex functions in a global 24/7 services provisioning context.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing complicated, high-impact projects executed by contractors, vendors, or other 3rd-party service providers.
  • Proven experience in remote operations environments with large volume and latency-critical data transfers.
  • Excellent skills in leading, influencing, and inspiring cross-functional and multi-cultural teams across various geographic on-site and offshore locations to work as a team.
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financially controlling both 'business as usual' operations and projects.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate cross-functions.
