Requirements
  • All-round change professional/programme manager with experience in driving and delivering complex change initiatives
  • Experience in Financial Markets and its products, life cycle, and processing
  • Experience in agile programme management in an international context
  • Ability to deliver outcomes and benefits related to strategic objectives
  • Strong skills to drive change, including planning & alignment, stakeholder management, and effective communication
  • High resilience and ability to deal with significant ambiguity in a complex and changing environment
  • Proactive, can-do mentality, positive mindset, and organisational sensitivity
  • Ability to coach colleagues on-the-job
  • Excellent level of English
  • Master's degree and relevant certifications
