Business Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Automation Specialist to join our team in Europe. The core activity of this role leans towards automating workflows in Braskem E/A Customer Service.

The Business Automation Specialist will collaborate in the development of the digital transformation strategy for the polymers back-office processes and operations. This professional will focus on improving the flow of sales order entry, management, and recording; aligning interface, connections, and functioning of customers-facing portals for European and Asian customers, and doing business reporting (performance analysis and KPIs development of the Customer Service department).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of the data strategy and continuous improvement of the data architecture of the Customer Service team processes in Braskem E/A;
  • Analyze operations workflows, seeking optimization through automation;
  • Implement and control robots/RPAs (or similar) that run different scripts for the business;
  • Interface with IT on the management of systems and global data governance changes, software updates, and possible impacts in the team;
  • Test, deploy, and guide change management of the executed automation scripts;
  • Analyze and report the performance of the automations;
  • Represent the CSR team in agendas related to continuous improvement, digitalization, and innovation, bringing updates about trends within Braskem (worldwide) and outside of the company;

Requirements:

  • Completed higher vocational education or relevant professional training at a comparable level;
  • Experience in programming and automation of processes and workflows, knowledge of business OTC (Order-to-Cash) is an advantage;
  • Solid understanding of data architecture and governance;
  • Ability to establish connections between process, systems, and automation strategies;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Solution and collaboration driven;
