We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Accounts Payable team as an intern. As an Accounts Payable Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real-world accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in processing invoices and expense reports
  • Perform invoice matching and approval handling
  • Exception handling: liaise with relevant parties to resolve critical invoice discrepancies
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Current enrollment at a Dutch school in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (knowledge of QAD is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • English and Dutch language skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
