Job Description

This exciting opportunity as Digital Transformation Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of our business transformation program, connecting everyone, everywhere within HEINEKEN. You will work closely with the Transition Managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, keeping everyone informed and engaged throughout the process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and logistics for the Seamless Fit to Standard workshop, ensuring its smooth operation and participant engagement.
  • Provide regular updates on project phase deliverables, turning progress reports into engaging milestones that celebrate each step forward.
  • Transform information into captivating visual stories, using creativity to design innovative presentations that inspire and engage the audience.
  • Set the gold standard for documenting meeting information, capturing every detail with precision and clarity.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of digital transformation principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build dynamic relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical skills, with the ability to uncover insights and solve complex problems.
  • Experience with project coordination and management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
