Job Title: Global Technology Owner Active Isolation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Technology Owner Active Isolation to lead our technology development efforts in biotechnology applications of active isolation and purification technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technology scouting, evaluating business attractiveness, and ensuring end-to-end leadership across operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive technology development across biotechnology applications of active isolation and purification technologies.
  • Responsible for technology scouting, including pilot assessments in- and outside our industry.
  • Ensure end-to-end leadership across operations to evaluate business attractiveness and obtain approval.
  • Owns and drives global technology standardization of unit operations and best practices.
  • Provides URS for new line installations and actively participates in Capex projects.
  • Fuels continuous improvement of processes and technologies in the plants in terms of efficiency, yield, quality, safety, and sustainability.
  • Leads respective technology know-how management across the organization and maintains relevant communities of practice.
Requirements:
  • Master's in biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or Food Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including technology scale-ups.
  • Proven experience in technology development, scale-up, and large-scale implementation.
  • Experience in quality-by-design, R&D processes, shopfloor practices, process safety, and business finance.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; leadership skills with ability to build relationships in cross-functional and remote setups.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
