Job Title: Lead Engineer Systems

At Oceanco, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer Systems to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex systems and ensuring the highest quality of engineering work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of systems engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and components.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including engineering specifications and technical reports.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in systems engineering.
Requirements:
  • Higher Vocational Education or Secondary Vocational Education with relevant work experience (MBO+) related to the discipline.
  • Minimal 5 years' experience in the maritime industry and/or yacht building industry.
  • Strong analytical, persuasive, and result-oriented skills.
  • Pro-active and problem-solving approach.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, AutoCad, and/or Rhinoceros.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
