About the Role:

The Piping Discipline Lead is responsible for leading the piping engineering team in the construction of yachts. This role involves reviewing and discussing project development information, ensuring correct interfacing and integration of all data with other disciplines.

  • Lead the piping engineering team and ensure high-quality output.
  • Review and approve engineering documentation and ensure completeness of scope.
  • Develop and motivate a team of subordinate professionals.
  • Work closely with partners and identify synergies based on expertise and mutual respect.

Requirements:

  • Higher Vocational Education or Secondary Vocational Education with relevant work experience.
  • Minimal 5 years' experience in the maritime industry and/or yacht building industry.
  • Strong analytical, persuasive, result-oriented, passionate, and proud team player skills.
  • Pro-active and problem-solving approach.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, AutoCad, and/or Rhinoceros.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
