We are seeking an experienced Corporate Transformation Specialist to join our team at De Jong Verpakking, a leading manufacturer of corrugated packaging in Western Europe. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in facilitating changes within our production location.
- Facilitate change management and build credibility in new ways of working through direct involvement with management and employees;
- Support analysis and reporting on the implementation of new operating models and timely identify resistance and/or challenges;
- Contribute to the development of solutions for emerging issues and help resolve complex problems under guidance of CI Manager;
- Actively participate in combining information into actionable insights for transformation leadership team;
- Support employees in leveraging new tools and methods to achieve results and enable sustainable improvements;
- Connect capabilities by providing targeted training, mentoring, and coaching;
- Regularly update site team consisting of plant management team and production workflow management on progress.
In this role, you will work closely with our Continuous Improvement Manager to implement a new operating model and methodology to achieve operational improvements. You will also be responsible for creating engagement among employees and management, as well as monitoring progress and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment;
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and verbal;
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of Lean management system.
- A full-time position at a leading company;
- A fixed-term contract with possibility of permanent employment;
- A competitive salary € 55000 - € 65000, including pension scheme and travel allowance;
- 28 vacation days (by fulltime employment);
