We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to join our team at Park Plaza. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR Officers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new starters, and assisting with recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day operational HR support to team members and leaders on an ad hoc basis.
- Ensure a welcoming onboarding experience for new starters, including coordinating logistics and providing necessary documentation.
- Support with actively recruiting the right candidates for vacancies, including assisting with job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of recruitment events, such as career fairs and open days.
- Support HR Officers with administrative responsibilities, including reports, data, charts, and presentations.
- Develop a good command of the English and Dutch language and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Be available for an internship with a minimum length of 10 months.
