Senior Technical Content Specialist

At STAFIDE, we're seeking a skilled Senior Technical Writer to join our team. As a Senior Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining high-quality product documentation in English. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our content is clear, concise, and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, and maintain product documentation in English, adhering to our content standards.
Develop dynamic content such as self-help video clips, tutorials, and guided flow steps to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and user experience designers to ensure documentation aligns with product features and user needs.
Utilize modern documentation tools and techniques to produce engaging and interactive content.
Continuously update and improve documentation based on customer feedback and product updates.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, or a related field (certifications in these areas are a plus).
Proven experience (5-8 years) in technical writing for modern digital products, with a focus on customer-centric documentation.
Expertise in creating dynamic content, including self-help videos, tutorials, and guided flow steps.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an exceptional command of the English language.
Proficiency with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar platforms.
