Job Overview

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Global Operations Coordinator to join our leadership team. As a key support role, you'll directly collaborate with our CEO and work closely with the broader leadership team to ensure seamless operations and high productivity. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently, optimizing productivity and preparing relevant documents.
  • Organize and coordinate leadership team meetings and events, working closely with the Chief of Staff to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Handle all travel arrangements for the leadership team, including accommodations and itinerary planning, with Egencia administration.
  • Ensure the Amsterdam office is well-organized, stocked, and welcoming, overseeing maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferable).
  • Proven experience in executive assistance and office coordination.
  • Project and event management expertise, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in English and a good understanding of Dutch would be beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
