We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Global Operations Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in driving operational success and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading operational tasks in collaboration with Key Account Management and Operations to ensure the seamless delivery of our products. You will also initiate and coordinate cross-functional teams for client-specific and improvement projects to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Lead operational tasks to deliver exceptional service and drive operational success.
  • Project Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams for client-specific and improvement projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain robust relationships with key operational stakeholders on the client side.
  • Innovation and Optimization: Contribute to product development by identifying opportunities for optimization and developing new processes.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Play a crucial role in client meetings to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Networking: Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal and external network to enhance operational task management and client service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Educational Background: HBO or university degree.
  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in account management or customer success within the Payments or Debt Collection industry.
  • Personality Traits: High-energy, efficient, with a robust 'get-things-done' mentality.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
  • Working Style: Independent and structured approach to tasks.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

  • A competitive salary of approximately €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience.
