Over ons

We zijn gevestigd in Andelst en werken samen met huisartsen en huisartspraktijken om hen te ontlasten en meer tijd voor zorg te creëren. Ons softwareprogramma's en klantgerichte diensten ondersteunen zorgverleners bij het verwerken van financiële en zorginhoudelijke gegevens en het gebruik van het VIPLive platform.

Salaris

Ons salaris is gebaseerd op je ervaring en vaardigheden, maar verwacht minimaal € 35.000 per jaar.

Functieomschrijving

Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de eerste lijns support van het VIPLive-platform, wat wordt gebruikt door zorgverleners en andere organisaties. Je helpt gebruikers met technische vragen en incidenten via telefoon, chat of mail. Je maakt ook accounts aan voor nieuwe gebruikers en ben mede verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van eventuele storingen.

  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan goed mondeling en schriftelijk communiceren;
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan goed overzicht bewaren;
  • Je bent flexibel en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende vraagstukken;
  • Je bent in staat om nieuwe materie snel eigen te maken;
  • Je geeft niet op en bijt je vast in een vraag en laat pas los als het antwoord boven tafel is;
  • Je beschikt over minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau;
