We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused People Advisor to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our HR organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional employee experiences and supporting the growth and development of our global workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR-related support and guidance to employees and managers across various countries, ensuring adherence to HR procedures and regulations.
- Support the HR community with administrative tasks, including face-to-face interactions, and provide training and guidance on HR systems and processes.
- Assist with recruitment, learning and development, and other HR-related tasks as needed.
- Solve HR queries online, on the phone, or on-site, and manage case resolutions from start to finish.
- Provide general HR support to employees throughout their employment lifecycle, including guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Support the deployment of projects and initiatives, and contribute to the development of HR knowledge content.
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR role or a customer-facing service role with an interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field, and knowledge of HR concepts.
- Knowledge of local labor law and experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage conflict and attention to detail.
- Drive to identify needs, investigate options, and seek solutions, with a focus on delivering exceptional employee experiences.
- Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Full working proficiency in Dutch and English.
