At Maersk, we're committed to delivering exceptional employee experiences. As an HR Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our people feel valued and supported. Your primary responsibility will be to provide HR-related guidance and support to employees and managers, ensuring seamless interactions and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to HR procedures, practices, and regulations within assigned countries.
- Support HR community with administrative tasks, including face-to-face employee interactions, and provide guidance on HR systems.
- Assist with L&D, recruitment, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Solve HR queries online, on the phone, or on-site.
- Support training and change management activities.
- Manage case resolutions and provide general HR support to employees.
- Guide employees and leaders in using self-service HR systems.
- Manage HR data quality and perform transactions in HR systems.
- Prepare and handle HR documentation.
- Coordinate and administer onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in an HR role or customer-facing service role with an interest in HR.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Full working proficiency in Dutch and English.
