We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our People team as an intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources while contributing to meaningful projects within a dynamic business.

In this role, you will:

  • Employee Engagement: Assist HR professionals in handling employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and driving a thriving work environment.
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR department by organizing files, updating employee records, and assisting with payroll tasks.
  • Data & Insights: Complete analysis on key people metrics to bring insights to steer the people agenda.
  • Policy and Procedure Compliance: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, such as performance management.
  • HR Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives to support the overall objectives of the HR department.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
