Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Amsterdam for a 6-month internship. This exciting opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, develop your skills, and be part of a rapidly expanding international company.

About the Role:

  • This role involves supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks, including updating employee records and the HR system, answering employee queries, and participating in projects.
  • You will have the chance to learn about the basics of HR, the employment life cycle, and gain in-depth knowledge of the HR system Workday.
Key Responsibilities
  • Update employee records and HR systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer employee queries through the ticketing system and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in projects and contribute to the growth and development of the HR department.
Requirements
  • Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and software is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English, Dutch is desirable.
