Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Aydco in Kerkrade, the Netherlands. As an Order Fulfillment Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in an optimized way, considering actual and planned production. You will also manage 'At Risk' inventory in all distribution centers and plan production at 3rd party tollers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve outbound order delivery failures in a timely and effective manner in collaboration with Customer Service, Logistics, and Planning.
  • Reschedule customer orders using the backorder process during periods of supply imbalance and according to priorities set.
  • Manage customer/product allocation processes during supply imbalances and according to set priorities.
  • E nsure timely shipping of outbound and inbound stock transfer orders through effective collaboration with Logistics.
  • Identify and manage 'At Risk' inventory, including writing off and disposing of unsaleable products.
  • Lead 3rd party planning processes.

We offer a competitive salary between €38,000 and €51,200 per year, depending on experience, a direct contract, flexible work arrangements, paid leave days, travel allowance, and collective health insurance.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline, practical SAP experience, preferably in Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO) and ERP Central Component (ECC), fluency in Dutch and English, strong analytical skills, and a strong systems background, including Microsoft Office applications.
