We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Howden Netherlands B.V. in Hengelo. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and financial control
- Manage and maintain financial systems, including ERP and reporting tools
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including SOX
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Finance & Control, Accounting or equivalent
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in a similar financial function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English language skills, both verbal and in writing (fluent in Dutch, both verbal and in writing is a bonus)
- Experience with Windows D365 Business Central and/or Power BI is an advantage
