Job Title: HR Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Service Center in Tilburg, Netherlands. As an HR Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters and responsible for all HR administration and associated processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Checking and processing personnel changes regarding inflow, throughflow, and outflow of employees;
  • Taking care of all checks in the system and HR correspondence;
  • Answering questions regarding employment conditions, legislation, policies, and regulations, and our HR systems;
  • Requesting and processing Purchase Orders;
  • Providing advice on DP World's HR policies and procedures;
  • Ensuring that our HR information systems (AFAS, Kronos, and personnel files) are kept up to date;
  • Providing HR reports and optimizing HR processes;
  • Contributing to accurate consolidation and checks of the monthly payroll administration.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A vocational degree, preferably in the field of HR or Administration;
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an HR or Payroll administration position;
  • Excellent proficiency in both Dutch and English language;
  • Experience with AFAS, payroll administration, or UWV (absenteeism administration) is required;
  • You are service-oriented with a decent level of accuracy and flexibility;
  • You are at least 32-40 hours per week available;
  • You are based and authorized to work in the Netherlands with the ability to work onsite at our Tilburg office.
