About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sustainable Marketing Manager to join our team at Ecochain Technologies. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving demand generation and sustainable marketing initiatives that align with our company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns that focus on our ideal customer profile, with the goal of generating traffic, interest, and engagement from potential customers.
  • Work closely with the CMO and product marketing manager to identify relevant campaign opportunities and create campaign briefs, setting objectives, targets, and timelines.
  • Measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future initiatives.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate campaigns and ensure all stakeholders are informed about the timeline and campaign elements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand-gen strategies and sustainable marketing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in demand generation or related roles, with a background in SaaS, online marketing, or eCommerce.
  • High level of autonomy, with the ability to make critical decisions, set strategic directions, and exercise resource allocation and budget management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and campaigns.
