Salary
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a base salary, performance-related bonus, and additional benefits such as a mobility budget and insurance.
Job Description
As a Senior Actuarial Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading consulting missions and projects at our clients, utilizing your expertise to ensure high-quality services and results.
- Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Actuarial Sciences market.
- Fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders, promoting Sia Partners' services and expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree from a top-tier university in a relevant field (business, engineering, economics, etc.).
- Proven experience in a consulting environment, with a strong understanding of the Actuarial Sciences market.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Bilingual Dutch and English proficiency, with French being an asset.
