About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Employee to join our team at WerkTalent. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Receiving and processing incoming goods;
  • Unpacking and inspecting goods for damage or defects;
  • Order picking and packing goods for shipment;
  • Preparing goods for shipment and ensuring accurate labeling and documentation;
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment;

Work Schedule

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences. Our shifts include:

  • Morning/afternoon shift: 06:00 to 14:45 (no extra charge);
  • Afternoon/Evening shift: 14:45 to 23:15 (25% extra charge from 20:00);
  • Night shift: 21:15 to 06:00 (extra charge);
  • Saturday shift: 06:00 to 13:00 (50% extra surcharge);
  • Sunday shift: 100% extra;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Speak and understand English (no advanced level required);
  • Be available full-time and deployable immediately;
  • Be looking for a permanent employment opportunity;
  • Live in the Arnhem/Zevenaar/Duiven area or within a 10-kilometer radius;
  • Have your own transportation (motorcycle, car, bicycle, or other means);
  • Be flexible, motivated, disciplined, and willing to work;
