Central Maintenance Leader

As a Central Maintenance Engineer at Yara, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and optimizing the central maintenance work processes. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Head Central Maintenance in achieving the company's safety and maintenance-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Main Responsibilities:
- You will lead by example, ensuring that all activities and processes are carried out in line with Yara's values and management system.
- Taking the lead in changes, motivating individuals involved, and implementing new perspectives, approaches, and ideas.
- Being multidisciplinary, participating in the call-out organization, replacing the Head Central Maintenance in their absence, and developing complex problem-solving skills.
- Ensuring excellent safety and reliability mindset, good interpersonal skills, an open mind, and high motivation.
- Leading a team or having the ambition to be a people leader, possessing a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, and demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch.

- The ability to handle complex problem-solving situations and analyze information effectively.
- Capacity to motivate others and drive change within the organization.
- Experience in maintenance management, work processes, and people management is highly valued.
- A strong analytical mindset and well-developed soft skills.
- Familiarity with Yara's values and management system.
