About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead our sales efforts in the region. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and quantifying market opportunities for our hydrogen refueling stations, managing stakeholders to translate their needs into market and business research, and conducting thorough data research, analysis, and visualization to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and quantify market opportunities for our hydrogen refueling stations
  • Manage stakeholders to translate their needs into market and business research
  • Conduct thorough data research, analysis, and visualization to support decision-making processes
  • Monitor and gather insights into market developments, competition, and trends within the hydrogen mobility industry
Requirements
  • Experience as an Area Sales Manager in a B2B environment with selling equipment, experience in the hydrogen sector would be an advantage
  • Experience in working with international companies
  • A college or university degree in a technical field, e.g., electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, etc.
  • An excellent command of Italian and a very good command of written and spoken English
  • A strong affinity for technical products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high willingness to travel within your region (±50%)
