Job Title: Sales Manager for Benelux Region
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Benelux region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth of our Products Portfolio Sales through the Indirect Channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively promote and position them in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, providing technical and commercial support to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the Proposals team to develop and oversee growth strategies for different markets and segments.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring revenue recognition and meeting operating plan targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations and growth within the region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
- Fluency in written and spoken Dutch, French, and English.
- 5+ years of experience in sales of water treatment applications and products or at least 5 years' experience in the water treatment field.
- Proven sales record and demonstrated ability to work in complex technical and relationship-driven business environments.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work with senior industrial leaders and top management.
