Key Responsibilities- Ensure that all maintenance activities meet the required standards, including EASA, CAA-NL, and customer specifications.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to meet customer requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of technicians in performing maintenance tasks, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and procedures, and to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement, and ensure that corrective actions are taken to address any non-conformities.
- Must have the legal right to live and work in the Netherlands.
- Ability to hold Nominated Person Part 145 (Form 4) position within 3 to 6 months.
- Clear leadership and management training and skills.
- Working knowledge of EASA regulations and industry safety standards.
- Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
- English language fluency is a must, and Dutch language fluency is preferred.
