US E-commerce Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned E-commerce Growth Manager to spearhead our expansion in the US market.
As part of our high-performing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth, improve online presence, and enhance customer experience on our US website.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a keen understanding of the US e-commerce landscape, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
About the Role- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize product portfolio, pricing, and online shopping experiences for US customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling campaigns and content that resonate with US buyers.
- Work closely with the producer network to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the printing industry or with a focus on the US market.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through data analysis and strategic planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
