About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analist to join our Team Upsell at Coolblue. As a Senior Analist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team working together to improve every step of the customer journey. With your passion for data and analytical skills, you will uncover new insights from analyses and A/B-tests, enabling Coolblue to continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with a top team of analysts, designers, customer journey experts, developers, the Product Owner, and the Upsell Manager to ensure every customer on our website finds the right product.
  • Combine data from various sources, including Google Analytics 4, to gain a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Coach and mentor junior analysts to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders through regular demo sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques, and implement them in your work.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  • At least 4 years of experience as an analyst, with a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
