Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and effective support to customers through various channels
- Assist customers with issue resolution and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and foster positive relationships
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Work collaboratively with team members to address and escalate complex issues when necessary

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
