We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide technical support to our customers, troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
