About the Role

This is a hybrid/remote position based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with a focus on providing exceptional customer support to Dutch and English-speaking customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing product training, and collaborating with the technical team to resolve complex issues. A strong understanding of the Talent Management Suite and its features is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Talent Management Suite and its features
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and best practices
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment
  • Fluent Dutch and excellent English language skills
  • Strong technical skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
