Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them to understand and utilize our Talent Management Suite.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via our ticketing system, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our Talent Management Suite, staying up-to-date with new features and functionality.
- Collaborate with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
- Work closely with our sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Contribute to the development of our internal knowledge base and help center, ensuring that our customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
