About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Support Specialist to join our Hospitality team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our global support team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers who need assistance with a wide range of requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email, maintaining a Gold Class standard for support.
  • Work closely with various global teams to identify and escalate product issues and bugs.
  • Document and track customer interactions using our support platforms.
  • Assist with the identification and reproduction of product issues and bugs.
  • Advocate for improvements to our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience and/or technical support.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic experience using common online, mobile, and desktop platforms.
