About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Bloom & Wild. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English language (written and spoken)
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
