Key Responsibilities:

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve our platform and services.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in a dynamic online setting.
- Strong analytical skills to gather and report customer feedback.
