About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner for Private Banking to join our team at ING. As a key member of our Operational Design, Control, and Resilience (ODCR) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our Domestic Bank Netherlands (DBNL) operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with senior managers within the Private Banking domain, providing control and resilience solutions and demonstrating business acumen.
  • Support an ambitious growth strategy in the Private Banking segment through in-depth knowledge and understanding of customers, market, products, and propositions.
  • Act as a trusted partner to steer towards control and resilience quality, representing the voice of control and resilience in transformation programs.
  • Engage tribes to have control and resilience by design in their processes and enable senior managers to boost risk culture and own control and resilience conversations.
  • Use data and reporting to shape the control and resilience agenda and drive relevant control and resilience discussions in business meetings.
Requirements
  • Master/Bachelor degree with up to 3 years relevant experience, preferably within the Private Individuals domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of Private Banking and Wealth Management products, customers, and processes.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Strong communication skills: written and oral.
  • Good knowledge of NFR Framework, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Proven planning and organizational skills.
