We are looking for a talented Field Sales Manager to lead our team in the Netherlands and drive growth across the region.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales leader with experience in managing teams, developing strategies, and achieving ambitious targets. As a key member of our field sales team, you will play a pivotal role in steering growth and strategy, empowering your team to actively scout for new salon partnerships and capitalize on our existing network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of approximately 6 field sales representatives in acquiring hair and beauty salons in the Netherlands.
  • Responsible for growing our venue base in your regions through optimized processes and developed sales strategies.
  • Contribute significantly to the development of our sales strategies, ensuring continuous growth of the sales department.
  • Evaluate weekly and monthly goals, setting new individual targets and motivating your field sales team to achieve top performances.
  • Take responsibility for your sales team, conduct feedback sessions, and enable goal-oriented management and development through coaching, training, and regular feedback.
  • Maintain a clear overview of potential partners in your areas and develop strategies together with your field sales representatives to onboard them.
About You

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader with initial experience in a leading sales role and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, analytical, and enjoy achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets with their team.

  • A good role model, a real team player, known for a hands-on mentality, and supports colleagues wherever possible.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written) - any additional language is a bonus, as our potential customers are diverse.
