About the Role

Circana is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Executive to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of data and insights to clients.
  • Identify and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement improvement plans to drive business growth.
  • Provide training and support to clients on our software and data solutions.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a data-driven industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
