Client Service Executive

As a Client Service Executive at Circana GmbH, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction. Your role will involve working closely with various teams within the organization to provide seamless support and ensure that client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide training and support to clients on our software and services.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and implement solutions to address any issues.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent client experience.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a data-driven industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex client issues.
  • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to clients.
