About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Engineer to join our team at Albert Heijn. As a key member of our DDP Data Management services team, you will be responsible for architecting, scaling, and monitoring our services and products using the latest cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure and highly available infrastructure services using Oracle Cloud infrastructure
  • Advise application teams on performance optimization and provide guidance on using various OCI resources and services
  • Implement automation and DevOps practices to improve deployment, monitoring, and scalability of our applications
  • Collaborate with data engineering, product, and design teams to ensure seamless releases and retraction of internal and external releases
  • Develop architectural standards that promote DevOps practices such as Infrastructure as Code and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Oracle Cloud Engineer who is eager to contribute to our mission of making eating better the easy choice for everyone. You should have hands-on experience with Oracle database administration, additional database technology, and Oracle Cloud knowledge. You should also be proficient in scripting languages such as Ansible, Shell, Python, and PowerShell, and have experience with SaaS-based observability solutions.
