Aircraft Cabin Interior Technician

Olympia is a leading player in the aviation maintenance industry, providing top-notch services for various aircraft types. As an Aircraft Cabin Interior Worker, you will be part of our team responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' fleets.
Your primary duties will involve diagnosing and fixing issues inside the aircraft, including cutting and fitting carpets, refurbishing and mending interior panels, passenger seats, overhead compartments, and kitchen areas. You will work in our interior workshop, a component of the base maintenance section.
New or less experienced cabin interior staff will receive guidance and oversight from a seasoned cabin interior professional.
The role entails the following key responsibilities:
- Execute maintenance and inspection tasks related to the cabin's interior.
- Assess and provide quotes for the repair, modification, and other specialized treatments of cabin interior flaws.
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities and duties that may be needed, in line with the operational requirements of the business.
- Undertake any other related tasks as necessary, according to the business's demands.
(Requirements)
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Flexible attitude with willingness to take on weekend and evening duties.
- You are a handy person and love to work with your hands.
- You have prior experience in a similar or equivalent role.
Advantageous, but not a must:
- EASA approved aircraft cabin interior training certificates.
- Experience with "tedlar" work on aircraft cabin and galley equipment.
(What we offer)
- A competitive monthly gross salary ranging from € 2600 to €3000.
- Extra compensation for occasional work in the evenings and/or weekends.
- Travel expenses reimbursed at a rate of €0.23 per km, for up to 30 km each way.
- 25 days of annual leave plus 8.33% holiday pay.

- Opportunity to get a contract directly at the client after a 6-month period of demonstrated suitability.
