Business Continuity Strategist

ING is seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Specialist to join our team. As a Business Continuity Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuity of our business operations in the event of disruptions or crises.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes and frameworks to ensure the resilience of our IT infrastructure and operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement BCM strategies that minimize the impact of disruptions on our customers.
- Conduct regular BCM exercises and audits to ensure compliance with our Operational Resilience Standard (ORS) and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including domain BCM/DR coordinators, ING squads, and 2nd line Information Risk Management (IRM) teams.
- Participate in BCM-related audits and regular discussions at local and global levels to ensure alignment with ING's BCM strategy.
- Lead the continuous improvement of our BCM process and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Proven track record in Business Continuity Management with a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong understanding of BCM processes and IT stack, with certification in business continuity management a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and management skills, with the ability to work in a DevOps environment.
- Strong team player with a results-oriented approach and a passion for delivering value-adding services.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with a professional and intellectual IT ability at university level.
