About the Role

Circana is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Executive to join our team. As a Client Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of data and insights to clients.
  • Identify and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a data-driven industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools, with experience in data visualization and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
